Exchange Shipping Fees:

For standard exchanges, shipping fees are paid by the customer.

If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong size, wrong color, or defective item), we cover all shipping costs.

No refunds are accepted during sale or promotional periods.

Refund requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved.

Incorrect or Defective Orders

If you receive an item with a wrong size, wrong color, or any issue caused by us, the item will be exchanged at no additional cost, and we will cover the shipping fees.
